Leander Devanesan

Business Development Manager

Leander is a Business Development Manager at RDL Financial Services, bringing banking and lending experience with a strong focus on building lasting relationships with clients and industry partners.

With a background in banking and finance, Leander has developed broad knowledge across residential lending, refinancing, investment lending, commercial finance, asset finance and business lending.

Leander holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialisation in Banking and Finance, as well as an Master of Business Administration (International) from Deakin University. His customer-first approach and understanding of the lending process enable him to work closely with clients and referral partners, understand their requirements and facilitate the process with the RDL team.

Working alongside RDL’s experienced mortgage broker, Leander helps ensure clients receive a smooth and professional experience throughout their finance journey.
